Built to keep working when the connection doesn't
The till never stops taking money
A customer is at the counter and the internet has gone. It doesn't matter. Ring up products, split the payment across cash, card or bank transfer, and print a receipt, all offline. The sale waits safely on the device until the connection comes back.
Reconnect and everything catches up
When the connection returns, every offline sale, stock count, delivery and purchase order uploads on its own. Each one carries its own key, so a retried upload is never recorded twice, and the device keeps its copy until the server confirms it has the record.
Shifts and reports stay accurate
An offline sale is recorded at the time it really happened and lands in the shift that was open then, so shift totals and daily reports read correctly, not as if everything happened the moment you reconnected.

Questions about Offline POS
What works offline in Hajza?
Product sales at the POS, paid by cash, card, bank transfer or a split, with a printed receipt. You can also adjust stock, receive a delivery against a purchase order and draft a new purchase order. Bookings, store credit, stock transfers and the rest of the app need a connection.
What happens when the internet comes back?
Each saved sale and stock entry uploads on its own, in order. It is recorded at the time it really happened, lands in the shift that was open then, and the device deletes its copy only once the server confirms it has the record.
Can an offline sale be recorded twice?
No. Every offline sale carries its own key. If an upload is retried, the server recognises the key and does not record the sale again.
Do I need to be online to start?
Yes, once. Open the POS while you are online and signed in, so the device keeps a copy of the pages and your products. After that the counter keeps selling when the connection drops.
Does it work on an iPhone or iPad?
Yes. On an iPhone or iPad the waiting sales upload the next time the app is opened with a connection, because those devices do not sync in the background.
