Questions about Team and Permissions
Can I choose exactly what each role can do?
Yes. A role is a set of permissions over areas such as bookings, payments, customers, expenses and reports, and you decide which ones each role holds. Each person can have one or more roles.
Can staff be limited to one branch?
Yes. Each login is given access to the branches that person works in, and they see nothing from the others.
Does changing a password sign people out?
Yes. When a password changes, every other signed-in session of that account ends, so a dismissed staff member's old login stops working straight away.
Do I pay per staff member?
No. Roles, permissions and team logins are part of the Hajza plan at Rs 5,000 a month per branch, however many people work there.
