The messages that bring people in, sent for you
A reminder the day before
Most no-shows aren't rude, they're forgotten. Hajza sends a WhatsApp reminder about 24 hours before each confirmed appointment that has a phone number, whether it was booked online or at your desk. Each booking gets one reminder, and it is never sent twice.
Confirmations and cancellations, handled
When a customer books online and confirms, they get a confirmation on WhatsApp and by email, with a link to cancel. If they cancel, a note confirms it. It feels professional to them and it's one less job for you.
One switch, clear messages
WhatsApp messages are switched on in your online booking settings and sent through WhatsApp's official business platform, using approved message templates in English. Each one names your business, the date and time, and the services booked.
