Retail POS and inventory software for shops
Sell at the counter even when the internet drops, keep stock right in every branch, order from suppliers and see what is in each bank and cash account. Built for retail shops and wholesalers.
From Rs 5,000 a month per branch, with a 30-day free trial.
A point of sale that keeps selling
Ring up a sale from your product list, sell by the piece or by the kilogram, gram, litre or metre, and take cash, card, bank transfer or a split of these. A customer can also buy on credit, and Hajza keeps their balance until they pay. The cashier can change a price at the counter, and a product on sale rings up at its sale price on its own.
When the internet drops, the counter carries on. Sales are saved on the device and sent to the server when the connection returns, and each one is counted on the day and in the shift it really happened.
Stock you can trust, in every branch
Each product can carry a SKU and a barcode, and you can find it by either in your product list and when you adjust stock. A product can also track its stock by colour.
Stock is held per branch. Set a reorder point and Hajza lists what is running low. Move stock between branches with a transfer that is tracked from sent to received, and correct a count with an adjustment that records who made it and why.
Purchase orders and suppliers
Keep a list of your suppliers and the products each one sells you. Draft a purchase order, submit it, and receive the delivery in full or in parts: stock goes up by what actually arrived, and the order shows what is still to come. A delivery can be received even while the internet is down.
Cash and bank accounts, and what the business is worth
Add each bank account, mobile wallet and cash drawer the shop uses. Sales and expenses post to the account they were paid through, so every balance stays current, and moving money between accounts is recorded as a transfer.
One figure then answers what the business is worth: your cash, bank and wallet balances, plus stock valued at cost and money still owed to you.
Tax, and what Hajza does not file
Hajza adds tax to goods at the rate set for your country, or leaves it off products if your shop does not charge it, and prints it on the receipt. In the UAE the receipt carries your TRN.
Hajza does not file with FBR. Sales tax on goods in Pakistan falls under the Federal Board of Revenue, and Hajza has no FBR integration: it does not send your invoices to FBR or print an FBR invoice number. If FBR requires your shop to report sales through an integrated POS, Hajza cannot do that part for you today. PRA e-invoicing in Hajza covers service bills only, so it does not apply to a shop selling goods.
An online store when you want one
The online store add-on turns your product list into a shop on a hajza.com address or your own domain. Customers browse, add to a cart and place an order, the stock is held for that order, and the order arrives in Hajza for you to fulfil.

Retail POS questions
Does Hajza file sales tax with FBR?
No. Hajza works out the tax on each sale and prints it on the receipt, but it has no FBR integration and does not send invoices to FBR. If FBR requires your shop to use an integrated POS, you will need another system for that part.
Can I keep selling when the internet goes down?
Yes. The point of sale saves each sale on the device and sends it when the connection returns, keeping its own copy until the server confirms it. Stock adjustments and deliveries against purchase orders work offline too.
Does it work for a shop with more than one branch?
Yes. Each branch has its own stock, shifts and accounts, you move stock between branches with a tracked transfer, and one login can switch between branches. Each branch is billed separately at Rs 5,000 a month.
Can customers buy on credit?
Yes. Choose credit as the way the customer pays, and Hajza records the balance against that customer until they pay it, with each repayment kept in their history.
Is Hajza suitable for a wholesaler?
Yes. A wholesaler uses the same tools as a retail shop: stock by the unit or by weight, purchase orders, customer credit and bank accounts. There is no separate trade price list, so the cashier sets the trade price at the counter.
What does Hajza cost for a shop?
Rs 5,000 a month per branch, after a 30-day free trial, with the point of sale, stock, purchase orders and bank accounts in the plan. The online store is an optional add-on with its own price on the pricing page.
