The maths every owner dreads, done for you
Commission tied to real work
When a stylist does a service, the commission for it is theirs, automatically. No tallying who did what at month-end from memory. The number builds up service by service, so it's right by the time payday comes.
Wage, bonus and overtime, all in
Pay isn't only commission. Hajza adds the wage, bonus tiers for hitting a target, and overtime, so the total is the real, full amount. Record a day off and a daily-paid staff member is left out of that day's payout.
A breakdown everyone can trust
Each person's pay shows how it was reached: which services, what wage, which bonus. That's what stops the 'this doesn't look right' conversations. Wages you pay out of the till are recorded as expenses, so your books stay straight.

Questions about Staff Payroll and Commission
How is commission calculated?
Each staff member has a commission percentage, applied to the services they did. You can set a commission threshold, taken off each person's total once per pay period before the percentage is applied, and a threshold on one person overrides the branch's.
How do bonus tiers work?
Set targets as pairs, for example over Rs 5,000 earns Rs 100 and over Rs 10,000 earns Rs 300. Each person is paid the highest tier their total for the period reaches.
Can some staff be paid daily and others monthly?
Yes. Each person has their own pay frequency: daily, weekly or monthly. Daily staff are settled on the shift report, and weekly and monthly staff over their own period in the payroll report.
Which businesses is payroll for?
Salons, barbers and spas, where pay follows the services each person does. It is switched on per branch, so a branch that doesn't pay this way can leave it off.
