Barber shop software

Barber shop software for walk-ins, bookings and commission

Run a barber shop or gents saloon from one screen: walk-ins and appointments on a live timeline, every barber's commission worked out at closing, and PRA e-invoicing for shops in Punjab.

From Rs 5,000 a month per branch, with a 30-day free trial.

Walk-ins first, appointments alongside

Most barber shops run on walk-ins. In Hajza the front desk adds one in a few taps: choose the service and the barber, and the customer is seated straight away. That barber then shows as busy, so nobody seats a second walk-in in a chair that is already taken.

Appointments sit on the same timeline, one column per barber. Every screen in the shop shows the same day, and a booking made at the counter appears on the other screens without anyone refreshing the page. Moving a booking is a drag to the new time, and Hajza refuses a booking that would put one barber with two customers at once.

Commission worked out for every barber

Set each barber's commission rate once. Hajza applies it to what customers actually paid for that barber's services, after any discount and without tax or tips, so a discount given at the counter never inflates what you owe.

You can set a cutoff for the whole shop, an amount of work each barber covers before commission starts, and give one barber a different cutoff if their deal is different. Bonus tiers pay a fixed reward when a barber's work for the period reaches a target. Barbers can be settled daily on the shift report, or weekly or monthly on the payroll view, with wages and overtime added.

Each booking keeps the rate it was taken at, so raising a barber's rate next month does not rewrite what you paid them last month.

Online booking for customers who plan ahead

Some customers want a fixed time on a busy evening. With the online booking page, an add-on, they choose a service, a barber or whoever is free, and a time, then confirm from a link in their email, and the booking lands on your timeline like any other.

The times offered follow your opening hours and each barber's working hours, breaks and days off, so the page never offers a slot the shop cannot keep. Once you switch them on, WhatsApp confirmations and reminders go to customers who leave a phone number.

The counter, the cash drawer and PRA

A bill can be split between cash, card and bank transfer. Products you sell at the counter, such as wax or beard oil, go through the point of sale with the barber who sold them recorded against the sale.

Open the day with the cash in the drawer and close it with a count. The shift report sets the counted cash against what Hajza expected, so a short drawer shows up the same evening, not at the end of the month.

If your shop is in Punjab and registered with PRA, Hajza sends each taxed service bill to PRA's eIMS as it is paid and prints PRA's fiscal number and QR code on the receipt. PRA e-invoicing is part of the plan, not an add-on.

Barber shop software questions

Can Hajza handle a shop that is mostly walk-ins?

Yes. The front desk adds a walk-in in a few taps and the customer is seated straight away with the barber you choose. Appointments from your team or your online booking page sit on the same timeline, so the day's walk-ins and bookings are always in one place.

How is each barber's commission worked out?

Each barber has a commission rate. Hajza applies it to what customers paid for that barber's services, after discounts and without tax or tips, less any cutoff you set. Bonus tiers, wages and overtime are added on the shift report or on the payroll view.

What does Hajza cost for a barber shop?

Rs 5,000 a month per branch, after a 30-day free trial. The plan includes bookings, the point of sale, commission and payroll, stock and PRA e-invoicing. The online booking page is an optional add-on with its own price on the pricing page.

Do I need PRA e-invoicing?

Only if PRA requires your business to integrate its point of sale. If it does, Hajza sends each taxed service bill to PRA as it is paid and prints the fiscal number and QR code on the receipt. Shops outside Punjab can leave it switched off.

Does Hajza work for barber shops in the UAE?

Yes. Hajza is sold in Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates. In the UAE the receipt shows VAT and your TRN, and the PRA settings never appear, because PRA e-invoicing can only be switched on for a business in Pakistan.
