From a paper diary to a calendar that runs itself
Customers book themselves, even at midnight
Share one link and customers pick the services, a staff member or whoever is free, and a time that is actually open. The slot is held while they fill in their details, so nobody else can take it, and they confirm from a link in their email. The page carries your name and colour and works on any phone.
A reminder the day before
An empty chair is money you don't get back. Switch on WhatsApp messages and Hajza reminds each customer about a day before their appointment, with a link to cancel if they can't make it, so the slot opens up for someone else. Online bookings also get an email confirmation with an add-to-calendar button.
Walk-ins and bookings on a single timeline
See the whole day per chair, drag a booking to a new time, and add a walk-in in seconds. One customer can have a cut with one stylist and colour with another at the same time, and it all lines up on the timeline.

Questions about Online Booking and Calendar
How much does online booking cost?
Online booking is an add-on at Rs 2,500 a month per branch, on top of the Hajza plan at Rs 5,000 a month. The calendar, walk-ins and the appointments you add at the desk are part of the plan itself.
Which businesses can take bookings online?
Salons, barbers and spas: the businesses that book staff time. Retail and wholesale shops sell products rather than appointments, so they use the point of sale and the online storefront instead.
Do customers need to download an app?
No. Your booking page opens in any phone browser at its own hajza.com link. Customers pick the services, a staff member and a free time, then confirm the booking from a link in their email.
Can two customers book the same time?
No. While a customer fills in their details the slot is held for them, and Hajza checks the staff member is still free before the booking is saved, so two people cannot take the same time.
Can customers cancel on their own?
Yes, from the link in their confirmation, up to a cutoff you set, for example 4 hours before the appointment. The time shows as free again straight away.
