The short answer

This glossary explains the twelve terms you will meet most often in Hajza, from venue and booking to shift report and bonus tier. Each has a plain meaning in a sentence or two and a link to the page that shows it working, so you can read the software's screens without guessing.

Questions

Is a venue the same as a branch?

Yes. In Hajza a venue is one location or branch of your business. Each venue has its own staff, stock and shifts, and one login can switch between the venues it has been given access to.

Is a shift report the same as a Z-report?

It does the same job. A Z-report is the end-of-day report a till prints; in Hajza it is the shift report, a full page you can print or save as a PDF, with the cash count and staff earnings on it.
