The regulars are your business, treat them like it
Every visit on one profile
Open a customer and see the lot: the bookings they've had, what they've spent with you, how many times they've been in, and any balance they owe. It's the difference between 'have we met?' and 'the usual?'.
Search that copes with a busy counter
You only remember the first few letters, or you have their number but not their name. Search by any of them, name, phone or email, with or without accents, and the results update as you type.
The same client, wherever they come in
A customer who visits your other shop is still the same customer. The list belongs to your business, not to one branch, so their history is there wherever they walk in, and you never keep the same person twice.

Questions about Customer Records
Is the customer list shared between branches?
Yes. Customers belong to your business, not to one branch, so a regular who visits another of your shops already has their history there.
What does a customer's profile show?
Their total visits, lifetime spend, booking history, any outstanding loan and the expenses linked to them, with their phone, email, gender and birthday if you recorded them.
Can I delete a customer?
Only one with no bookings or payments. A customer with history is kept, so your records and reports stay complete.
Can I export my customer list?
Yes. The Download Centre exports your customers, products and services as CSV files whenever you want them.
