Questions about Reports and Analytics
Which reports does Hajza include?
A live dashboard, shift reports, daily sales, product sales, staff salary, payroll and inventory valuation, plus a store-credit report for salons and spas. Each covers the day, week or month you pick.
Can I export reports?
Yes. Reports download as CSV for a spreadsheet, or save as a PDF from their print view, ready for your accountant.
Do I see each branch separately?
Yes. Reports cover the branch you are working in, and one login switches between branches, so you can open each branch's numbers in turn.
Do reports need any setup?
No. They are built from the bookings, sales, payments and expenses you already record, so there is nothing to enter twice.
