Spa management software

Spa management software for Pakistan and the UAE

Book treatments by therapist, take advances as store credit, pay every therapist their commission and print the receipt your tax authority expects, all in one app.

From Rs 5,000 a month per branch, with a 30-day free trial.

Treatments booked by therapist

Set up your treatments with their length and price, and each therapist's working hours, breaks and days off. The day then reads as one timeline with a column per therapist, and Hajza refuses a booking that would put one therapist with two clients at once.

One booking can hold several treatments, each with its own therapist, so a client who has a massage and then a facial is one booking and one bill, and each therapist is credited with their own treatment.

Advances and packages held as store credit

Spas often take money before the treatment: a deposit to hold a busy weekend slot, or a client paying ahead for several sessions. Hajza records it as store credit on the client's account, with its own code and an expiry date, and always shows the balance left.

At checkout, store credit is one of the ways to pay. It can cover the whole bill or part of it, with the rest paid in cash or by card, and an advance taken for a particular booking is spent on that booking before any other credit. Unused credit can be refunded, and if a client cancels you can choose to keep a booking's advance as a cancellation fee.

Therapist commission, worked out for you

Each therapist has a commission rate. Hajza applies it to what the client paid for that therapist's treatments, after any discount and without tax or tips, and takes off a cutoff first if you use one. When a bill covers treatments by two therapists, each is paid on their own share.

Bonus tiers reward a therapist who reaches a target. Therapists can be paid daily, weekly or monthly, with wages and overtime added, and each booking keeps the commission rate it was taken at.

Receipts your tax authority expects

Tax is worked out at the rate set for your country and type of business, either added on top of the price or included in it, as you choose, and the receipt shows it separately.

In Pakistan, a spa in Punjab can switch on PRA e-invoicing: each taxed treatment bill is sent to PRA's eIMS as it is paid, and PRA's fiscal number and QR code print on the receipt along with your PNTN. In the UAE, the receipt shows VAT and your TRN, and the PRA settings never appear.

Online booking and reminders

With the online booking page, an add-on, clients choose a treatment, a therapist or whoever is free, and a time, then confirm from a link in their email. The times offered follow each therapist's hours, breaks and days off, and once you switch them on, WhatsApp reminders go out before each visit to clients who leave a phone number.

Spa software questions

Can clients pay in advance for a package of sessions?

Yes. Take the payment as store credit on the client's account. Each later visit can be paid from it at checkout, the remaining balance is always shown, and unused credit can be refunded or left to expire after the period you set.

How is therapist commission worked out?

Each therapist has a commission rate. Hajza applies it to what clients paid for that therapist's treatments, after discounts and without tax or tips, less any cutoff you set. Bonus tiers, wages and overtime are added on the shift report or on the payroll view.

What does Hajza cost for a spa?

Rs 5,000 a month per branch, after a 30-day free trial. The plan includes bookings, store credit, commission and payroll, stock and PRA e-invoicing. The online booking page is an optional add-on with its own price on the pricing page.

Does Hajza file VAT returns in the UAE?

No. In the UAE Hajza works out VAT on each bill, prints it on the receipt with your TRN and shows the tax collected in its daily sales report, but it does not file returns with the Federal Tax Authority. Filing stays with you or your accountant.

Can a spa in Pakistan use PRA e-invoicing?

Yes, if the spa is registered with PRA in Punjab. You enter your PNTN, the POS ID PRA issues and its token, test in PRA's sandbox, then switch to production. It is included in the plan.
