What happens after the free month?

You pay for the next month, or you stop. There is no contract and no cancellation fee. Your data stays yours either way, and you can export it whenever you want.

Do I pay per staff member?

No. One price per venue, however many people work there. Adding a stylist costs nothing extra.

What if I have two branches?

Each branch is its own venue and is billed separately, but they share one login and one set of reports, so you can see both from the same screen.

Do I need a card to start?

No. The first month is free with no card. We will ask for payment details only when you decide to keep going.

Will it work when the internet drops?

Yes. The point of sale keeps taking sales offline and syncs them the moment you are back online, so a bad connection does not stop you trading.

Is PRA invoicing included?

Yes, on the standard plan, at no extra cost. Taxed service bills are filed with PRA in real time once your PRA credentials are set up.
