Questions about Inventory and Stock
Can I track stock at more than one branch?
Yes. Every branch keeps its own count for the same product list, and a stock transfer moves units from one branch to another, leaving one and arriving at the other on record.
How do purchase orders work?
Raise an order to a supplier, then mark it received when the delivery arrives, in full or in part. The received quantity is added to stock automatically, and a delivery can be received even when the internet is down.
Does Hajza support barcodes?
Yes. Give each product a barcode or an SKU, and find it by either at the counter or in your stock list, or search by its name.
Is inventory included in the plan?
Yes. Stock, suppliers, purchase orders and transfers are part of the Hajza plan at Rs 5,000 a month per branch, with a 30-day free trial.
