Hajza (hajza.com) is owned and operated by Muhammad Hamza as a sole proprietorship trading as Hajza, referred to in these terms as "we", "us" and "our". Our registered business address, which is also our principal place of business, is 20 - Tariq Colony, Bilal Street, Sodiwal, Multan Road, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
By accessing or using Hajza ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including business owners, staff members, and administrators.
Hajza provides cloud-based booking, point of sale and business management software for salons, barbers, spas, retail shops, wholesalers, masjids and charities. The Service includes booking management, point of sale, payment recording, inventory management, staff management, analytics, and related features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Paid subscriptions are billed through our authorized payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the applicable rate. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy.
The Service is software delivered online; nothing is shipped. Your account is available as soon as you sign up, starting with a free 30-day trial. Paid access begins, or is extended, as soon as your payment is confirmed: straight away for a card payment through our payment processor, and once we have confirmed receipt for a bank transfer. Access lasts for the period you paid for. Our Refund Policy explains refunds and cancellation.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. We will not sell, share, or distribute your data to third parties except as required to provide the Service or comply with legal obligations.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. You agree that the courts of Lahore, Pakistan (including any consumer court) have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute you have with us.
