Why Hajza

Eight promises we build Hajza around

Each one is something the software does today, and each links to the page that shows how.

What you can count on

  1. Your till keeps selling when the internet stops

On a device that has used it online, the point of sale keeps ringing up sales, taking cash, card or split payments and printing receipts with no connection. Each sale stays on the device until the server confirms it has been recorded, so a dropped line never costs you a sale.

    How the offline POS works

  2. PRA invoices filed as you are paid

For salons registered with the Punjab Revenue Authority, every taxed service bill goes to PRA's eIMS the moment it is paid, and the receipt prints PRA's invoice number and QR code. It is part of the plan, not an extra.

    How PRA e-invoicing works

  3. A counted record is never rewritten

Once a shift is closed and its cash counted, its report stays as it was counted, even if you change your card fee later. A payment can be edited only during the shift it was taken in, and never once PRA holds it. After that, a mistake is corrected with a new entry, so your books always match the money.

How shifts and cash are reconciled

  4. One price per branch, not per person

Hajza is priced per branch, with no charge for each stylist, cashier or manager you add. The price is published on our pricing page, there is no setup fee, and the full plan is free for the first 30 days with no card.

  5. No contract, and your data leaves with you

There is no contract and no cancellation fee, and nothing ties you in once the time you paid for ends. Your customer list, products and services download as spreadsheet files or PDFs whenever you like, even after you stop paying. The daily sales and shift reports download the same way while your plan is active.

  6. Each person sees only their part

Give every staff member their own login and decide what they can see and do, branch by branch: who can take payments, give a discount, cancel a booking or open the reports. Staff who never sign in can still be booked and paid.

    How team permissions work

  7. Your customers book with you, not a marketplace

Your online booking page and online store carry your business's name, and the store can run on your own domain. Customers book or buy with you alone, with no list of competitors beside you. Both are optional add-ons.

    How online booking works

  8. Real people, on WhatsApp

Questions go to the team that builds Hajza, on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, and we typically reply within 24 hours. We help you set up your first branch, your services and your staff.

One system, built for how you trade

Hajza is built for salons and barbers, spas, retail shops, wholesalers, and masjids and charities, and sold in Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates. Businesses in other countries can contact Hajza to be set up. Each business works in its own currency, rupees in Pakistan and dirhams in the UAE, so prices, receipts and reports read the way your customers pay.
