Hajza is sold in Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates. Businesses in other countries can contact Hajza to be set up. Each business works in its own country's currency, rupees in Pakistan and dirhams in the UAE, so prices, receipts and reports read the way your customers pay. PRA e-invoicing is only for venues in Pakistan that are registered with the Punjab Revenue Authority.

Yes, at the point of sale. On a device that has used it online, the POS keeps ringing up sales, taking cash, card or split payments and printing receipts when the connection drops. Each sale is stored on the device and synced when you are back online, and the local copy is kept until the server has accepted it.
Yes, for taxed service bills. Once your PRA POS ID and token are set up, each taxed bill for a service is sent to PRA's eIMS as it is paid, and the receipt prints PRA's invoice number and QR code. Product sales are goods, which fall under FBR rather than PRA, and Hajza does not file them with FBR.
Yes, with the online booking add-on and a messaging top-up. Once WhatsApp messages are switched on for your venue, Hajza sends the customer a booking confirmation, a reminder about 24 hours before the appointment, and a message if the booking is cancelled. They are English templates sent over WhatsApp's business platform, and bookings made online also get a confirmation email.
Yes. Each branch is its own venue with its own bookings, stock, shifts and cash, and each is billed separately at Rs 5,000 a month. You sign in once and switch between branches, your staff see only the branches you give them, and your menu, products and customers are shared across the business.
Yes. You can download your customer list, products and services as CSV files or printable PDFs, and the daily sales and shift reports download as CSV or PDF too. Nothing locks your records in: the customer, product and service downloads stay open even after you stop paying, and the reports download while your plan is active.
