Hajza is booking, point of sale and business management software for salons and barbers, spas, retail shops, wholesalers, and masjids and charities in Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates. It puts appointments and walk-ins, a point of sale that keeps selling offline, stock, staff commission and payroll, cash and bank accounts, WhatsApp reminders and PRA e-invoicing in one app, for Rs 5,000 a month per branch after a 30-day free trial. The masjid and charity ledger is free.

Who builds it

Hajza is built by the Hajza team, and the same team answers support. When you message us, you reach the people who write the software, so a problem you report goes straight to someone who can fix it.

The businesses using Hajza shape what it does next. A salon on Hajza asked for a daily sales report it could download and for customers' phone numbers to be hidden from staff, and both are in the product now.

How we build it

• A record somebody has counted or filed is not rewritten. A payment can be edited only during the shift it was taken in, and never once PRA holds it; after that, a mistake is corrected with a new entry.
• A sale taken without internet stays on the device until the server confirms it has been recorded, even if someone signs out in between.
• One published price, per branch, on the pricing page.
• Your data is yours. Export your customers, products and services as a spreadsheet file, or print them to PDF, whenever you like.
