Salon and beauty parlour software for Pakistan
Hajza is built for the way gents saloons, beauty parlours and barbers really run: walk-ins at the counter, regulars who book ahead, stylists paid on commission and a cash drawer that has to balance at night. Appointments and walk-ins sit on one live timeline, and a bill can be split across cash, card and bank transfer.
Everything is in rupees. The plan is Rs 5,000 a month per branch, however many stylists you have, and the full plan is free for 30 days.

PRA eIMS for salons in Punjab
If your salon is registered with the Punjab Revenue Authority, Hajza sends each taxed service bill to PRA's eIMS as it is paid. The receipt prints PRA's invoice number and a QR code your customer can check, and voiding a bill files the credit note for you.
Product sales are goods, which fall under FBR rather than PRA, and Hajza does not file them. PRA e-invoicing is included in the plan. To switch it on you need your PNTN, the POS ID PRA registers for you and that POS's access token.

How commission is worked out
You set each stylist's pay once. Hajza does the sums every time a shift closes, from what each person actually earned for you.
- Give each stylist a wage, a commission rate and, if you want one, a sales target their work must pass first.
- Hajza adds up their service sales after discounts, leaving out tips and tax.
- Commission is the rate on whatever is above the target, and never below zero. Bonus tiers and overtime are added on top.
- Close the shift and each person's payout is recorded, split into wage, commission, bonus and overtime.

Running more than one branch?
One login runs every branch, and you switch between them without signing out. Your customer list is shared, so a regular is known at every shop, while each branch keeps its own bookings, stock and cash. Managers see only the branches you give them.
Each branch is Rs 5,000 a month.
Salon questions,
answered
Is Hajza made for salons and beauty parlours?
Yes. Gents saloons, beauty parlours, barbers and spas run on it: a live timeline for appointments and walk-ins, billing for services and a point of sale for retail products, staff commission and payroll, and PRA e-invoicing for salons in Punjab. It costs Rs 5,000 a month per branch after a 30-day free trial.
Can my customers book online?
Yes, with the online booking page add-on at Rs 2,500 a month. Customers choose services, a stylist if they have a favourite, and a time, then get an email confirmation. Walk-ins and phone bookings go onto the same timeline, so a stylist is never booked twice for the same time.
Do I pay more for more stylists?
No. The price is per branch, not per person, so adding a stylist, a receptionist or a manager costs nothing extra. Each person can have their own login with only the access you give them, and staff who never sign in can still be booked and paid.
Does Hajza handle PRA for salons in Punjab?
Yes, for registered salons. Each taxed service bill goes to PRA's eIMS as it is paid, and the receipt carries PRA's invoice number and QR code. It is included in the plan. Product sales are goods under FBR, not PRA, and Hajza does not file them.
What happens when the internet goes down?
The point of sale keeps working on a device that has used it online. You can keep ringing up product sales, taking cash or card and printing receipts, and each sale is stored on the device and synced when the connection returns. Bookings, reports and settings need the internet.
How does Hajza handle tips and bills shared by two stylists?
Each service on a bill has its own stylist. When one bill covers work by several stylists, Hajza shares the payment and the tip by each service's price. For example, a Rs 2,000 haircut by one stylist and a Rs 1,000 manicure by another, with a Rs 300 tip, credits Rs 200 and Rs 100 of the tip. Every stylist sees their own tips on their statement, and tips are not counted in commission. A single service can't be split between two stylists.
Can I split one bill between cash and card?
Yes. "Add Split" in the payment window lets a customer pay part in cash, part by card and part by bank transfer on the same bill.
Can my accountant get the reports?
Yes. The daily sales report (each day's takings and tax), the monthly shifts report (totals, staff earnings and expenses) and each staff statement download as CSV, which opens in Excel, or can be printed or saved as PDF. Customer, product and service lists also download as CSV.
